Privacy policy

Scope

This policy applies to internal digital tools operated for WPP Media Türkiye teams under the mediacoreops.com domain, including authenticated applications such as Local Hub (hub.mediacoreops.com).

Who can access

Access is limited to authorised WPP Media colleagues. Sign-in is handled through Google identity and organisational access controls. There is no public registration or open consumer use.

Data we process

• Identity information from your organisation account (for example name and work email) to authenticate you and enforce role-based access.
• Work data you enter or upload while using hub applications, stored per client tenant and used only to provide the requested functionality.
• Technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the platform.

How data is used

Data is used solely to deliver and improve internal tools, enforce access controls, meet operational requirements, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party services

The platform may connect to approved third-party APIs (for example advertising or analytics platforms) when configured by authorised administrators. Those integrations use credentials and tokens stored securely and are scoped to the relevant tenant and connection.

Retention & security

Data is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with tenant isolation, encryption in transit, and access limited to authorised personnel and service accounts. Retention follows business and legal requirements for internal operations.
